With pCloud Business, teams get shared and personal storage per user, real-time document collaboration through pDocs, and administrative control over who can see and touch what. pDocs is pCloud's built in document editor, letting multiple people edit the same file at the same time without leaving pCloud or opening a separate Microsoft Office or Google Docs subscription. Storage scales with the team: adding a seat adds 1TB (Basic) or 2TB (Pro) of pooled storage, and seats can be adjusted up or down at any time above the three-seat minimum. Every file, on both Basic and Pro, is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and end-to-end, zero-knowledge encryption built into the account at no extra cost, meaning no one in the world can see the data.

Admins manage access through role-based permissions, shared folders, and activity logs that track write and delete actions by user, team, and date range. For teams building AI-assisted workflows, pCloud also offers an official MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector, so Claude and other MCP-compatible AI assistants can browse folders, search files, upload and download, and manage shares directly inside a chat, without a person manually moving files back and forth.

Turn on MFA for individual users from account settings if extra login security is wanted, note it has to be enabled per user, it cannot be enforced account-wide. 6.
