Hi, I’m Mimo, the developer of FOX Tasks. I built this free iPhone planner for people who want their daily overview to fit the way they actually use their phone.

Make it your own Choose which modules and cards appear, hide what you do not need and put the rest in your preferred order. Personalise menu items, headings, colours, app icons and widgets. You can keep your overview focused or bring more of your day together in one place.

From a quick task to a repeating routine Organise tasks, lists and notes, and set up repeating items. Due dates and reminders can be set separately: when something needs to be done does not have to be the moment you want a notification. For a smaller daily focus, choose up to three tasks to concentrate on today.

A quick check on your wrist The optional Apple Watch companion lets you check today’s tasks, daily goals and streaks, and mark unfinished tasks and goals complete. Editing and undo remain on the iPhone.

Free to use, without a FOX Tasks account FOX Tasks has no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases or trial period. Planning data stays on your iPhone; the optional Watch connection and internet features are separate.

FOX Tasks requires iOS 18 or later. The optional Watch companion requires watchOS 10 or later. English and German are available.
