Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to our public website using optional cookies. It is not loaded before you choose to allow it. We do not send your private workspace records to Analytics. You can change your choice using Privacy choices on our public pages.
Your account and records
We process the email address and name you provide to create your account, authenticate access, send requested service messages and maintain your workspace. Documents and records are accessible to members of the workspace according to their role.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, we use your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image to create or authenticate your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Calendar or Drive. You can revoke access in your Google account and contact us to request deletion of your app account.
Service providers
The service uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for database and authentication, Resend for transactional email and Stripe for payments. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout; they are not stored in this application.
Cookies and communications
Session cookies keep you signed in. Preference cookies remember your language and selected workspace. Email digests are optional and can be disabled in settings.
Newsletter
Newsletter signup is optional and requires confirmation by email. We store your email, chosen language and subscription status to send product discoveries and updates. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Submitting an app generates transactional receipt and review emails; this does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Your controls
You can edit and delete records, export workspace data and manage invited members. Contact us to request account deletion or help with your data. Contact support for questions about billing.
Using the service
Keep your account credentials private and only upload information you have permission to use. Calculations depend on the data you enter. Estimates are not guarantees of savings or refunds. Product information should be checked with the original provider before purchase. Public submissions may be reviewed, corrected or removed.
Optional app promotion
Browsing, comparison and reviewed listings are free. Publishers can purchase optional one-time promotions after approval: featured placement for 7 days (€29), shared banner for 14 days (€79), or the complete package (€149). The complete package includes both placements, a sponsored article in English and Spanish prepared within 10 business days after receipt of a complete brief and sources, newsletter inclusion after publication, and one factual correction round. Articles remain in the archive subject to editorial policy. Placements are labelled; no audience size, ranking or sales outcome is guaranteed. There is no automatic renewal.
